To ensure we can deliver this level of support, remote access to the hardware is essential. Using Total Channel hardware guarantees seamless accessibility and swift issue resolution.
Total Channel provides two server options:
Purchase and Own: You can buy a Total Channel server and license, which you fully own. This is a cost-effective solution for large deployments, where hosting fees can quickly add up, or for clients requiring a closed or secure network.
Hosted Server: For smaller systems, we offer a hosted server solution, where hosting fees may be more cost-effective than purchasing a server license.
